In particular, the ED proactively directs PAFHA resource mobilization efforts, including the development and implementation of a resource mobilization strategy and ongoing relations with potential donors with a view to identifying and obtaining funding for the PAFHA s activities.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">In close collaboration with the Board ensures that clear and equitable policies for the recruitment, management and termination of PAFHA staff are developed and in place. Such polices and procedures should be developed in compliance with national legislation and regulations as well as with IPPF policies and standards. of membership.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Takes responsibility for staff recruitment/termination and annual appraisal in accordance with the PAFHA established procedures as described above and development of staff.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Provides support to enable the efficient functioning of the PAFHA s governance structure and strives to ensure/facilitate the timely and proper organization of and reporting on the meetings of the PAFHA s governing bodies.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Provides the Board with periodic progress reports on the PAFHA s programme activities as well as its financial situation.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Supports and facilitates the work and participation of the PAFHA s volunteers at all levels with an aim to implementing the PAFHA s strategic plan and APB. </p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Ensures and maintains financial and resources management systems and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Ensures they are in place and implemented at all level of the association</p> </li> <li> <p class="style4">Advises the Board on budgetary requirements and administers the budget for the association and its branches.</p> </li> </ul> </td> </tr> </table> </div> </body> </html>
